An Icy Meeting Hall

  A deep freeze overwhelms you as you stare over this room where every
piece of furniture is an intricate ice sculpture.  The chairs are square and
cold looking but you find after sitting in one that they are instead warm,
comfortable, and relaxing.  Beautiful frozen carvings of Sidhe heroes adorn
the walls, wings and delicate hands poking out at you.  You feel a light
snow coming on, perhaps generated by some spell, and a lone puffin slides
past you on the ice, taking messages.  Perhaps you can catch his attention
and get a meeting started.
