Know Thyself

Finally a definitive guide has been crafted on the species of Materia Magica. See Nemori's Biological Guide on the Species; written by a slightly biased Sidhe but complete in its scope of the various races and all their particularities. See what you knew already and then delve into the writing by educating yourself on all that did not know of the varied creatures that roam the lands of Alyria. Whilst you are on this roaming, be sure to enjoy our Ogre Village map, by Yryllyn, so that you don't get lost there anymore, and can finally have that long walk with Sugarbottom you have been meaning to have.

In Need of Motivation

Feeling a little down? Wondering what color your MM-Parachute is? Well don't worry about it. The members of Northstar have thought perhaps it is time for some inspiration, perhaps some new posters for your Clanhall or New Rigel Villa or Sigil Holiday Cottage. Please browse our Motivators Page for some humorous, inspiring and sometimes just crazy motivational pieces. Guiding Light

The excellent historians and writers of Northstar have been busy again. Many character histories have been updated (see our Roster) as well as Jasvyr's very attractive portrait which can be seen here. Thanks to our wonderful artist Ascidiella for that life-like portrait. Have also updated our Avarice map which can be seen along with all our other maps here.

For you psionics out there we have also updated our Psionic guide, many thanks to Bloodsong, Teliel, Viegah and Ascidiella for putting it together. Botanicus has also corrected and made some updates to our music page for all you Bards out there. Hope you enjoy and thank you to all the people who help put these pages together.

Right Direction

Owing to the fever for Cartography and Exploration that often sweeps Northstar, many of our maps have been updated. Our newest addition is The Lonely Dragon Inn. You can also explore your way to several new areas by checking their sextant location and journeying to perhaps the Wreck of the Feisty Wench or the Abandoned Lighthouse near Rune.

Autumn Spirit

Northstar is getting into the fall mood. Fall is a time for new beginnings and learning all over again or for the first time. As a result, Northstar has updated its FAQs page with FAQs For All Alyrians. Excellently written by Riel and Neraka these can be very handy lessons and introductions for new players, or even reminders for players who have been around a few times. Also from the same dynamic duo, Riel and Neraka have put together an extremely helpful 3rd Class EQ Guide.
