Levels 10-25 Quest level and get many many marks. Use practices for wisdom/vit/know to reduce reliance on specific leveling equipment.

While much of the physical portion is automated, there are some things you can do to increase your odds against a mob. One such thing is to backstab it repeatedly or to feed off of it if you are a Fey. This allows a massive attack and, in the case of backstab, can be used until the mob is near 1/2 health.

As you already know the proving grounds are designed to test an adventurer's mental, as well as physical prowess. Because of this it is vital to be trained in the proper skills and abilities. Below is a list of skills that characters should be fluent in, if their class choice permits.
