Temple of Ithrilis

The virtual Temple of Ithrilis is immediately cool and pleasant. A fine mist lately moisturizes your skin and chills your body temperature. You feel relaxed immediately, and can hear the pleasant sounds of rain drops, fountains, and streams before you see the intricate water ways that surround you. A gondola that appears to be made out of glass floats past you nearly silently with a gondolier dressed in flowing blue robes.

You suspect that the gondolier, and the other creatures that smoothly glide past you in beautiful navy robes, are actually undines, though their features are hidden from you. You are instead drawn towards a tremendous waterfall straight ahead of you. At first you assume it as another offering altar, but then begin to question whether the waterfall is the end of your journeying, or whether something more complex and beautiful lies beyond it.

As you move slowly and purposefully toward the waterfall your feet pass over what appears to be a frozen pathway, though it is not so cold as to be uncomfortable. As well, the beautiful pillars and sculptures that stand between you and the waterways to either side appear to be carved from ice. You are unsure how ice pillars can remain frozen next to running water, though you imagine it is due to the power of Ithrilis.
