Non-Player Transportation

Alyria is a massive world with many large cities and a few small areas to visit. but fear not, there are NPCs (non player characters) that will assist you in your journeys.

Oceanic Outing

• The Merdraco is a ship that travels from Rune to Sigil, Pirates Cove, Tellerium, and Templeton then reverses itself. It is represented by a 4 on the world map. The Merdraco docks at the docks south of Rune, northeast/east of Sigil, north of Pirate's Cove, west of Tellerium, and west of Templeton.
• There are also smaller ferries with more limited destinations. The Riddenmast travels directly from Rune to Sigil and back, and the Hallowhold travels between Lowangen to Tellerium. Both also appear as a 4 on the world map.

Underground Undertakings

• Ganuk, the Gnome Mechanic formerly a street corner taxi service, has gone to a more respectable avenue for his business. He is now located in an office on Solomon Street. In the office, you may buy tokens from his son, Ganuk Jr. Giving Ganuk the token for a city will commission him to take you there, along with anyone else who would like to follow. Because of his expansion to other cities, Ganuk has slowed his Iron Worm to help prevent wear and tear on his precious machine.
• In the Volcano Vesuvius, there is the Mad Mole. It will take you from the volcano to the underground city of Volcanus. To use it, you need either a 'compressed earth token' or 50,000 in gold.
• The High Priest of Dungeon Wroth will offer the portal he protects as transportation as well. To access his portal, you must first find him within the bowels of the dungeon. Say 'Kukula Stalla Sumpa Hum' to go to Rune, 'Ikanda Humba Hum' to go back to the beginning of the dungeon, or 'Holla Holla Hum' to go to a random location.

Land Lubbering

• The Wandering Sidhe, while not transportation in the common sense, can be used to travel to other cities. The Wandering Sidhe is a building that appears within the following cities.

  Bloodbane Castle 12am - 4am
  Rahdiyr 4am - 8am
  Arcane Archipelago 8am - 12pm
  Lowangen 12pm - 4pm
  Rune 4pm - 8pm
  Sigil 8pm - 12am

• In New Rigel, if the Stage Illusionist is still alive, wait for him to ask for a volunteer. When he does, say "Me," and if you are visible, he will transport you to Tellerium.

Aerial Adventures

• The city of New Rigel has a couple of hot air balloons to take you across the city and to the town of Lowangen. Seek out the Balloon platform and you may pay for a trip between New Rigel and Lowangen for a mere 10,000 gold. Cross-city service is provided for 2,000 gold.
• In the town of Xaventry, Fatlegs the ogre will catapult you to Rune Forest, Vospire, Tellerium, or the Capture the Flag arena in exchange for 'a wooden token'.
